Driving a tractor with manual steering teaches you really quickly to never wrap your thumb around the steering wheel or you'll get it broken. Years ago there used to be a firm manufacturing add-on power steering kits, but haven't heard of them in the last 20 years. Factory retrofit PS is very expensive. I've read about using an automobile power steering pump and a double acting cylinder for small to medium size tractors, but never tried it.
