Fair Price for Snow Removal?

I live on a private road about 3/4 mile long that has 7 lots in a road association. the road was built 4 yrs ago, so all the houses are new. I've been clearing snow from the road for 3 years w/no compensation (asked for or given). I have a tractor and blade (also bushhog for summer maintenance). My question--if I were to approach the association with a plan, what is the fair market price for snow removal by a tractor/blade on a per hour basis? Location is Virginia. Snow removal average 3 times per year and takes about 2 hours to do a good job. My thoughts are to charge for the road clearing to the association, and any driveways would be on an individual basis. Let the opinions roll...
