You dont need HTML skills. I have non, Just get a copy of MS Front Page 2000. It is a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get)type of editor. Then grab a copy of Front Page for dummies. Thats all you need. FP 97,98 or 99 are about the same. You might be able to pick up a used copy on Ebay real cheap. Real easy to learn and does a great job. To upload to your web site it works just like my computer Icon. I just drag them to the folder and its there. FP 2000 does this not sure of the older ones. I know alot of people like to rip Microsoft but I tell you what. They do put out good product. I have tried about 20 different editors and non even come with in a mile of Front Page. SO quit making exuses and put up a web site. Oh you may already have Front Page express on your computer. I know it was part of Internet explorer at one time. I havent used it so dont know how usefull it is, But its free.
