LIFT ON J.D. 49 M.T. ???

THE LIFT ON THE LEFT KNOB WORKS FINE THE RIGHT KNOB LIFT DOESNT WORK I BELIEVE IT WAS FOR THE FRONT MOUNTED STUFF I BOLTED THE ARMS TOGETER TO OPERATE THE REAR LIFT I WOULD LIKE TO USE BOTH IF I CAN WORK IT OUT I CAN DUE ALL MY OWN WORK & I KNOW OF A GOOD j.d. CEMETARY TO GET PARTS . can it be rebuilt ? like a could clean up and some new seals etc.thanks for any help
