CAT sold its Challenger line to AGCO. Part of that deal included AGCO providing tractors and associated equipment to CAT dealers who want to sell a line of ag equipment. AGCO is painting the tractors and equipment CAT yellow for those dealers, so what you saw was indeed AGCO equipment.
