Hi Azglide, You can run raw vege oil (SVO) with a in-line HW heater as SVO is about 20 times the viscosity of #2 at 50*f. At about 130* SVO is the same. You don't need any additives in fact you will need to change filters a couple times as SVO will clean out the lines and tank very well. A 1/2gal of SVO added to 50gal #2D will improve the lube qualitys. Soy or rapeseed oil is the best as it's the easist to get and cost effective if your growing your own. If you don't heat the SVO then you need to remove the glycerine from the SVO as it will change the injector spray patteren and carbon the rings. SVO has better emissions than dino oil without any sulfur emission :) Here's the best website that explains SVO and WVO use. Do a Goggle search for rapeseed as there's alot of university studies available and you'll get the correct info. Alot of "backyard" ideas are not very good on the engines, so do your homework. T_Bone

A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
