Just replce it. I have an 88 F150, with dual tanks. the front leaked first, then the rear. I replaced them both. One of them had a hole in it the size of a quarter rusted through it. You may not even be able to repair it, so just replace it. I paid for both what some people have to pay for both. Now my tanks dont switch over so im still stuck with one tank. Gonna get around to fixing it some day.
