The last that I knew, there were containers setting all over the desert in Iran, full of partially assembled components for IH crawler dozers that the Shaw imported in the late 70's to give the people work. As far as I know, these were never assembled. They have no interest in tractors - and don't want to learn. The Iranians and Saudis were very difficult people to export equipment to - and it didn't last long after they got it. They could destroy equipment at an unbelievable rate.
