fast hitch

I currently have a farmall super c with a fast hitch and am considering selling it in order to buy a farmall 450. My dilema is this; I want to keep all my 2 point implements, but realize they won't fit on the larger hitch of the 450 ( I do think the width between points is the same). Does anyone have any experience fabricating smaller hitches to fit the larger? Any info. would be appreciated.
