Hydraulics Lose Power

Wondering if anyone here can help me. Have a JD2010. Hydraulics were working just fine. Rebuilt the motor, cleaned and inpected hydraulic pump, things looked good and within specs. Since then, hydraulics just don't have the "beans" to lift a load, powers steering is hesitant. Changed filter and oil, found debris, but no improvement. Any ideas? I am wondering if possibly I have gotten some debris in the vavles or cylinders, if so, is there a way to "back flush"?
