About the biggest concern for anyone when doing something with a baler is the condition of the knotters. If your pickup real isnt damaged the plunger is fixable the structure is beat that badly and the knotters are deasent it might be worth the project. But remember when it gets in the field it could be disaster. Personally I would take the knotters and sell it for scrap.
