It's possible to fix and restore it. Ussually a froze engine requires additional work and expense if you have to replace internal engine parts. If time and money is a little short, you may want to find another tractor to restore. If plenty of time, and extra expense is not a problem, you may want to work on this one. It would require additional work which may be good for a bunch of young folks trying to learn something out of the project. Just be sure that somebody is involved that knows what they are doing so mistakes are not made and the work gets done right. A dead end can be found pretty quick on an antique tractor project if somebody doesn't know what they are doing and make a bad mistake.
