add to george's comments:
1" foam insulation under concrete
2" foil faced foam sidewalls and 6" fiberglass
2" foil faced foam on roof and as much fiberglass as will fit.
mixture of lights flourscent for light, incadesant for color
hot water heat in floor
2x2x1/4 angle iron at all door ways to protect concrete edge.
2 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 3/8 angle down center of shop both ways and steel plates 12"x6"x1" or bigger imbeded in concrete with anchors(angle iron welded under makes good standoff and weld rebar to it). all steel grounded together and ground stub raised up by welder for ground clamp to clamp on.
