I had a 1939 John Deere Model A Deluxe for simply disc work in our garden. I finally caved-in to a collector & replaced it with a small Case 446 & hydraulic 3-point mounted rototiller. It does work well in our small garden.
I heard years later the local 'real' farmers with 500 acres missed hearing the twin cylinder 'put-put' sound. Being on top of a large hill, it could be heard for miles around. Odd sound/echo effects throughout our country side. To tell you, I miss it too!
