Have a 53 ar that was doing same thing and found the flywheel was actually not tight and had worn the crankshaft enough to letit wobble enough to make the knock and shake. Removed flywheel and built up crank with JB weld and filed down again and re torqued bolts on flywheel after replacing with new and no problems now. Tractor gets used for medium duty work now and again and no more problems.
