Belarus does business with a US company called John Deere now a days. They even sell tractors with JD engines in them. I can't see there being dificulty with parts. If anything I would think things would be better now then in the Cold War days.

Belarus's are not for everyone but for a cheap work horse around the farm there're pretty good.
