Hey kenjar I don't know how many models were made in spain but i'm sure it was the 147, 157, 135, 247, 267. I think were built in by Ebro, that what i read in my MF 147.
My father bought the 178 used with 8000 hours on it. We rebuilt engine & clutch at 12000. We tradet it for a new Deutz 3700 with 16000 hours on it but after a lot of problems with the hydraulic in the last year. Our delaer could not repair it, we spendt a lot of money in repairs but MF mechanics aren't very good here :( .
The 3700 is the same HP as the 178 but the 178 have more wheel and wheight than the Deutz. The 178 was a beast with the cultivator and the subsoiler, but the Deutz is better with PTO work. The 147 is a small orchard tractor. We bought it used with 11000 hours and rebuilt it after 2000 hours.we put a new tachometer then and now is 4000 hours on the clock, so the tractor is around 17000 hours, WOW. I use it for spraying my apple trees and i use it with a fork-lift too. The problem of this tractor is the weak hydraulic system. I'll trade it for a used tractor with better hydraulic, specially to use with the fork-lift. I can't say bad thinks of MF, i think it was one of the best of his time but now i have to say i'm a Deutz man ;) E-mail me if you want to talk more....
