While we are off topic. I was given a guernsey bull calf. I said what the heck he will keep the grass down so here goes. Never got around to making him a steer, my fault. Now I hear the meat will be too tough since he is a bull he might all be hamburg! He is about 8 months and 575 or so pounds. Should I have him dressed soon and minimize my tough meat or keep him longeruntil he hits 1000 or so pounds?
