If I use my vehicle (Pickup truck) for my company's business, I get reimbursed at 36 cents per mile, as announced on 19 Sept 2002 in the Internal Revenue Service's Revenue Procedure 2002-61. 25 cents won't nearly cover the cost of your gas, oil, tire wear, insurance , etc.

Last time I had to move a dozer in a hurry, the going rate was between $3 & $5 a mile in the NYC vicinity, but it sounds like you're hauling something a bit smaller...
