jd 5010 repower what would it take ???

has anyone played with a 5010 or been around one with a jimmy or cat or cummins in it looking for about 200 horse and have 2 671s and a 1145 that need homes in somthing I think i can get it cheap and the object would be to keep it cheap would not see a lot of use so i dont want to dump a lot of money into the jd motor as it is missing the head and needs rebuilt any ideas thanks mike
