The farmer I work for has 2 4230's. They have loader on one and the tractor handles it real nice. Both tractors start real good when plugged in, in colder weather. I hate the 3-point on both of them. It seems it is either all the way up or all the way down and no in-between. Tried adjusting everything according to the book and doesn't seem to make any difference. Makes for a real pain in the rear if you are mowing with them. Not sure if the 3-point problem is a weak point on these tractors or if it just happens to be these two tractors that need the 3-point system rebuilt. They work fine as long as you don't want to go just half way down.
