Jerry, I just traded for a 1962 IH 240. It really runs good and has powering steering. Very strong. Since I have just got it I can't give you much more information, but it worked out well for me since I traded a 1985 ford truck for it. I didn't have much use for the truck. I pulled a Farmall H onto a high trailer without the 240 even slowing on RPM and the tractor was almost ideling. I think either choice is ok but just check them both out.
