TEA20 Massy fergussionmotor condensation.

My 1950 Massey TEA20 tractor is a wonderful tool that I use all the time it is old it is probably almost worn out. It has a huge amount of condensation in the oil filler tube and when I took the valve cover off it was full of creamy coloured oily watery sludge. I changed the thermostat, It does have blow by. But I never get water or moisture in the bottom end when I change the oil. It is only in top end. I suspect head gasket but not sure?? Any ideas.
