Those types of things used to keep a balance of power. Nowadays if you do that you get sued & hauled off to jail for causing harm to the vandals, while they get nothing for damaging thousands of dollars worth of equipment. Liability laws in this country are all screwed up. Kid in some rural villages here felt he wasn't treated right by his friends, so to take his frustrations out, he took his truck & rammed dozens of parked cars in 2 towns (on different nights), street signs, etc. One night alone is estimated at over $150,000 damage. Wonder if it'll ever cost him a dime or any time? 16 year olds shouldn't have to ever be responsible for anything, you know.... But, if he had hurt himself, gawdforbid, he (or his parents/ insurance company) woulda been suing 10 people for damages because of 'their' neglagence!!!! I think this is a far greater tradgety in this country than 9-11 & the like - slowly rotting from within is worse than some attacks from outside. But there, now you went & got me started on my soapbox..... Sorry. --->Paul
