I agree with Paul, keep them out of the wind,and dry and they will be just fine. Talked to some guys at my milk co-op annual meeting last Thur. alot of them said there cows prefered to be outside in this weather and some had a hard time getting them to come back inside to there stanchion barn so they could make it to the meeting on time. By the way, I live in western Wis. about 4 mile east if the mississippi river.
