Some of the F150 pickups came with an AODE and the heavy duty F150 comes with the E4OD. The Thunderbird has a 4R70W which has wide ratio gear sets in it to match the torque and HP output of the 4.6 liter engine better in a car. 4R70W is used in Tbird, Cougar, Crown Vic, some pickups, and Mustang.

For several years I had been driving by a farm house on the west side of Indianapolis that had a John Deere combine parked in high weeds in a lot behind the house.
