The tracking service used to be good, accurate, real time information. Lately, it's pretty worthless. The last three times I've ordered something and had it shipped UPS, their tracking system stated My packages were sitting in IL when the route driver delivered it to me. I figured that they delayed the real time info somewhat because until 911 it was pretty accurate, now it's not.
