Go to their websight, find anything on there that says anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE unless it's said in the respect of "we're not gonna do or admit to anything that will make us look bad" Had one package lost with a special order part inside worth over $1000. They delivered it to the wrong place and had a signature....That's all the help I got, "It was delivered, we have a signature to prove it, there's nothing we can do" It took me two weeks to find my part. Found out in November last year after another package was misrouted that customer service isn't even UPS employees, it's farmed out to an outside agency, and all they can tell you is the same thing you can see on your own computer if you get online to track a package. Try going to their sight and writing a complaint. You'll get a generic reply back from someone, who in my case obviously didn't even look at the tracking or couldn't add that Wednesday til the next Monday doesn't equal 1/Next day delivery. Then if you write back and request a supervisor because of the obvious lack of caring in the first response you get another generic response from the same individual that wrote back the first time.... Just remember, IT'S ON A TRUCK...SOMEWHERE...

It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro
