I have had a couple of bad experiences with UPS lately. One package was misdirected to a city 500 miles away, and took several more days to return.
The last package I got from UPS was sent from a car parts house only 60 miles away in Detroit. It arrived in the local distribution house, then back to Detroit, then shipped out to Grand rapids, then from there to Gaylord. From Gaylord back to Grand rapids, then to the local dist. house. Finally delivered after 1.5 weeks. I complained via email, and they just said "it's on it's way, please be patient." Yah, right.
