55 Super

What is the difference in the left and right spindle on 55 super oliver as the hub on my left has been replaced. according to pricing from a dealer the left is approx $100 plus more than the right. does the same hub fit both sides or are they different? Dealer can no longer list hub so can't tell if there is a difference here.Need help!!!
