The laws were designed to help the environment. Unfortunatly, it leaves people with little choice, and the illegal dumping seems to get worse. The state and local government have to make a place available to dump this stuff. Our dump, although located in the county, allows the city folks to dump free. I live in the county, and they charge me every time. Is it any wonder why some people just pull off on a dirt road and dump the stuff? We need a sain approach to the problem, not high fees......
