The Army was good to me. But that was a long time ago. My duty station was down town Paris, France. (1963 t0 1966). Met my wife in Paris, have been married for 30 some? years. She still puts up with me even though I collect old tractors, old radios, old telephones and just about anything old. But then I guess I'm old also! Have some great memories of the service (Paris). Tried to get an extension of duty in Paris but the Army was phasing out the Army in France at that time so they would not extend my duty.
