Tractor Selection

I have 25 acres of brush and over-growth & want to get a tractor with a loader & brush-hog, mostly to be used to brush-hog various parts of the area. I would also like to be able to put a back-hoe on it to do some digging or trenching. Area is hilly W. PA. There is no storage shed, so it would have to sit under a tarp for a couple of years. This would be used as a hobby for the next 2-3 years as I have a full-time office job.
Any suggestions as to a suitable tractor with both hydraulics & PTO on the rear?
