One summer morning when I was helping a friend with weeding his tobacco patch we discovered an interesting difference between the normal tricycle front and the single wheel front. As my friend was cultivating with his Farmall C and I was hoeing the leftover weeds behind him, one of the front wheels got real loose and ended up falling off. Well, we decided to take it back to the barn and fix the problem. Interesting thing was what he told me after we got back to the barn. Said that the tractor steered easier and a little bit better after the wheel fell of than it did beforehand. Thought it was interesting. God bless.
