1983 john deere 1245 value

neeed help, im looking at a 1983 john deere 1245 tractor, that has been overhauled by a john deere dealer about a 150hrs ago tractor has average tires, paint and has older woods 6ft bushog in good shape. tractor shows to have 2250 hrs, he says it suck a valve reason for overhaul,also was this a decent tractor in those days?
