I was dissapointed when I heard that one of my favorite companies had been bought out. I think that CNH will keep the two companies operating separately for a few years to keep the government happy and then quietly merge the two together (the gov't made them sell off some tractor models, which became the new Versatile and McCormick lines). I think it will be similar to what the White Motor Corp. did with Oliver, Minneapolis-Moline, and Cockshutt back in the sixties.
