I have a neighbor who has always had Oliver. For years , one of his sayings has been: They only made two tractors , Oliver and John Deere. Of course , a friend of his had John Deere. Anyways , he recently bought a John Deere 3010 with a loader on it. He's compained ever since. He says that John Deere shure isn't the tractor Oliver is. So , he is still looking for a 1610 loader for his 1650 Oliver tractor. Then he will most likely sell the John Deere. I just had to reply to this post when I read the line "Be it Oliver or John Deere".
