Contact the state Dept that issued the permit and the Game Wardens office, expalain the problem and see if there's a way to fix it. I'm not going to second guess the game warden, but there has to be a way to fix it. I've been in the law biz for 15 years and this stuff happens. BTW- I'd arrest him myself if he's gut shooting them and leaving them to suffer. Thats just plain wrong. Another choice if this doesn't work out is to contact the papaers and tv and let them know whats going on, preferably after you've contacted your county and state legislators. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
