Sorry for the small confusion. I assumed you were rewiring the lights. In which case would be the same as any other, Finding a hot and going from there. Both Bob and John are correct. But if I were to wire them off the switch I would rather use relays instead of wiring direct to the switch's hot in the ON position. Would save yourself from a potential fire.
