I would ask the director of the department in the state capitol, and I would send an identical copy of the letter to the state's Attorney General. Between those 2 people they can work out something real fast, faster than the employee's boss, who told him or her what to do. The Attorney General can issue an Opinion, which is law, without resorting to legislation, as fast as he can dictate it to a secretary.

Something else, I notice that when I drive past a field and watch deere eating they look, and keep eating. When I stop to look, without even getting out, they run like crazy. Would it work to park an extra car or truck near the field, and move a couple times a day to keep the deere out?
