Sounds about right for a government regulation to me...kill the deer, but don't let anyone benefit from it. Far better it lay there and rot than you move it in your truck. Can you say, "dumb and dumber." It is obvious all over the country that deer control is more than out of hand, they are all over the place. I don't hunt, but they have sure managed to jump right in front of 3 of my vehicles...and it's always my newest one!
