PTO RPM

I HAVE A FORD DEXTA. ON THE PROOF METER, AT 1800-2000 RPM THERE IS TWO WHITE MARKS THAT HAVE PTO RPM WROTE IN THEM. IS THIS WHERE THE PTO IS RUNNING AT 540 RPM AT THAT ENGINE SPEED? I POSTED MY LAST TRACTOR PROBLEM ON THIS SITE, AND RECEIVED LOTS OF HELP FROM OTHER SITE VISITORS. THANKS TO THIS SITE, AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HELPED. HAPPY NEW YEAR, DEAN
