Good point, John. I was south of Lincoln on Christmas night, and I couldn't help but notice how the city folks are bringing their problems to the country. I'm sure you're aware of how Lincoln has grown in the past 15 years or so, and now these people that leave town to get away from it all are living in what used to be farm fields, along paved streets with houses just as close to theirs as the ones in town are. Makes a lot of sense. I just wish I owned a couple hundred acres of that ground, as I'm sure there are people paying ten times what the ground would be worth if it were left as farm ground.
