The site you are talking about is operated by the Nortwest Arkansas Rusty Wheels Antique engine club. They have shows the first or second weekend in June and October. They have a working steam train engine, antique tractor pulls, working engine displays ect. Admission is free. I'm sure you should be able to contact the Harrison Chamber of Commerce for the exact dates.
