Hi Brian, I don't know anything about your Ford hydraulic setup. I assume that you have checked the oil level, pick up strainer (if any) and that the pump is engaged. Most pumps need to be wet to seal and create the low pressure area at the suction required to pick up and prime. Often the easiest way to get oil up into the pump is 2-3 psi air pressure applied to the sump, start the tractor and vent air @ the priming plug. Good luck, Joe
