my dad was in wwII. he farmed,drove truck, worked as dhia field tech, and worked as janitor in a grade school. i think that suited him best.
i learned lots from him ,one thing was let the kid learn from his mistakes don't micro manage the kid.
sure tall kid has fall down a few times ,but i pick him up and brush him off. but i let him find his own way.
i also learned if something is worth doing do it right.
i learned too listen to what the kid is saying he might actually know what he is talking about.
