Yes, there is this green stuff called Slime you get at your local hardware store. There are two types, one for tubeless, and one for tube type. I put some in my horse trailer with a slow leak, that was a year ago, its still up. I had to bush hog some property for out church. Lots of cactus. Two tires went flat on my Ford 850. Put the tube type in all the tractor tires. That was last spring. No flats on either the trailer or tractor since.
