I know you think you deserve more, but in alot of aspects, you don't. Yes you feel under appreciated, but money isn't everything. I'm 17yrs, and I bleed farming. Like many other guys on this post, it's all I know. But it's a full time thing, and eventhough you've helped during the summer's, there is alot you don't know. Everybody still continues to learn everyday, so don't worry about making money, go to school, get an eduacation, and spend as much time w/ somebody that does something your interested in. If that is your grandpa, or a local carpenter. So do what you think is best, but remember farmers are having hard times right now. I too live in southeast michigan so I can relate, but learn as much as you can because you may need that knowledge someday.
