Listen to the other guys. Ya you might only get 20 bucks now but when Dad or Granddad whant to retire That farm could be yours. Small price to pay now for what ever your farm acrage is. I saw to many other kids throw that chance away. I did that, and herts to see my pops farm empty no more cows very quite. Other farmers lease the property. No turning back, Cant buy the equipment To start it back up. So now I just play with the original old IH that we did not sell. 2 H's 1 M and a 560. If I cold turn back the clok I would change some things.
