made, and a time frame to pick up the tractor.
When that time frame is past, the seller has
the legal right to do what he did. What do you
think small claims court is going to do???? Now, what's legal, & what's right, and what's
the good thing to do, are often very different
things, and I'm _not_ trying to support the guy
keeping the money & not trying to work with
Flying. But based on what was stated so far, it would
seem very legal for the guy to keep Flying's
